The rental program is an option when you know you will be unable to use your week that given year:
- Make sure that you have a current rental agreement on file with us. If you have not completed a rental agreement or have not rented your week in some time it is best to complete a new one just in case, you can download it using this link: Rental Agreement.
- Make sure that maintenance fees are paid for the year you would like to rent.
- Call Reservations at (833) 715-0048 and reserve a week. Make sure that this week is more than 60 days in advance. The more time you give us to rent it, the better your chances of success. Management reserves the right to decline last-minute rental requests.
- Notify the resort each year in writing if you wish us to place your week in the rental program. Include the reservation number and the start date of the week to be rented. You may do so by emailing the resort at frontdesk@villasatpocodiablo.com.
It is up to the owner to choose a week for the rental program. We do recommend considering weeks that are highly sought out to give you the best chances to rent your week. Spring and fall seasons are in high demand, but we cannot guarantee the success of any given rental deposit. NIGHTS THAT DO NOT RENT ARE LOST! Once deposited, we will not call you regarding your reservation again, but you are welcome to email us at frontdesk@villasatpocodiablo.com to check on the status of your rental deposit.
You do have 3 options at any time prior to the start date of the rental week:
- Canceling the rental and deposit the week with an exchange company. Make sure that the exchange company will accept the deposit prior to making this decision. Most companies will not take a week if it is short notice.
- If any nights have been rented, this is option is possible.
- We do NOT automatically bank your week with an exchange company if your week does not rent.
- Cancel the rental deposit and use the week for your enjoyment. If some nights have rented, you do have the choice to use the unrented nights yourself.
- Leave the week in rental and forfeit your usage if the week passes with no nights rented.
