Our Guest Services staff is available 7 days a week to assist you.  Our office hours are:
Sunday: 8:30am to 3:30pm (MST)
Monday – Thursday & Saturday: 8:30am to 5:30pm (MST)
Friday: 8:30am to 6:30pm (MST)

Check-in time shall commence at 4 p.m. (MST).  If you do arrive early and the room is not ready we will gladly pre-register you.  We will then request a call back cell phone number to call you back if the room is ready prior to 4 pm.

Check-out time is 11 a.m. Due to occupancy and cleaning schedules, we cannot accommodate late check-out requests.

Come to the Villas at Poco Diablo Resort like you would during regular business hours. To the left of the office sliding door is a wooden telephone box that says “DIRECT LINE TO FRONT DESK” on the front.

Open the door and pick up the phone receiver; it will automatically dial our after-hours Answering Service.  The operator will instruct you on how to get your keys and a map to your unit out of the lock box.

We do require that you return to the Front Desk the next morning to officially register.

If you plan to check out before or after regular business hours, please call or come to the Front Desk any time prior to your check-out and take care of your charges.  If and when you check out of your unit before or after hours, leave your keys in the room on the dining table and call the Front Desk from your room phone, our Answering Service will notify us of your departure.

The Pool and Hot Tub are open daily from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm (MST).

The Outdoor pool is not heated from November 1st to April 1st.  We do have an Indoor pool located at the Villas of Sedona that is heated year-round for your enjoyment; please ask the Front Desk for information or directions to the Villas of Sedona.

The Indoor Pool is open daily from 8:30 am until 10:00 pm (MST).

The Activities Department, located at the Villas of Sedona, hours are from 8:00 am and closing hours varies by time of the year.  From Spring through Summer we are open until 9:00 pm, Fall through Winter we are open until 8:00 pm. The Game Room hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm year-round.

The Villas of Sedona Game Room offers some great opportunities for some family fun!

We have the following games:

• Pool table (coin-op)
• Ping Pong
• Air Hockey (coin-op)
• Old School Video Games (free)
• Skee Ball
• Jig Saw Puzzles

The Game Room hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm year-round.

The Gym is located at the neighboring Poco Diablo Resort.  You have complimentary use of this facility; please see the Front Desk for directions.  Please make sure to take your room key as they will ask to see it at the Resort Front Desk. They have the following gym equipment (subject to change):

• Ellipticals
• Treadmills
• Stationary Bike
• Universal Weight Machine
• Workout benches for other exercises.

The Gym at the Poco Diablo Resort is open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.

Yes we certainly do!  You will see an internet connection called “Villas”. Simply select this connection, it will then prompt you to enter in the Security Key which was provided to you on the property map that you were given at check in. If you cannot locate the Security Key please contact the Front Desk.

In the Lobby and the neighboring Poco Diablo Resort there is a computer with a printer for your complimentary use.

When you get into the Hot Tub you will see a white rubberized round button located on the fence next to the Hot Tub, press this once and please be patient, the jets will turn on in about 15 seconds.  If they do not turn on please contact the Front Desk so a Maintenance Technician can resolve the issue.

A vortex is a place, usually on or near an interesting rock formation, where people have reported feeling inspired by a beneficial source of energy. If you’re skeptical, that’s okay – looking for vortexes (vortices?) is still a fun excuse for a hike.
